We hope you love your purchase, but if it’s not quite right, you can return it within 28 days of delivery.
A Note from Us
We are a small, independent brand, and currently process all refunds manually. Please bear with us if it takes a few days to get back to you- we truly appreciate your patience. Rest assured, if you meet the return criteria, your return will be looked after with care.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be unworn, in their original condition, with all tags attached and packaging intact.
- Returns must meet these conditions to be eligible for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).
- We are happy to exchange the size, depending on availability.
How to Arrange a Return/Refund:
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:
Ensure the item(s) are unworn, in original condition, and with hand tags attached.
Email us at info@roseandnancy.com with the subject line:
‘Your Name_ Order No’
Include the following details in your email: The reason for your return, Your email address & Your mobile number
Return Label Policy:
- A standard return fee of £4.95 GBP will be deducted from your refund amount.
- We’re happy to provide one return label at our cost.
- If you need a second return label, the cost will be deducted from your refund.
- For international returns, fees will be calculated at the time of request.
Once we receive your request, we will provide your return label and further instructions.
Refund Process:
Once your return is received at our warehouse and we have confirmed the item/s are in a suitable condition; your refund will then be processed.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Processing times vary, but refunds typically take 2-5 working days. In some cases, it may take up to 10 working days to appear on your statement due to bank processing times.
Sale Items:
Products purchased on sale or during promotional periods can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order, provided they are unworn, in original condition, and have all tags attached. The same return process applies, and return shipping fees will still be deducted as outlined above. Sale returns requested outside of this 7-day window will not be accepted.
In-Person/Offline Purchases:
If your purchase was made in person (e.g. at a pop-up or physical location), items can be returned within 14 days of the purchase date, provided they are unworn, in original condition, and tags are attached. Please contact us at info@roseandnancy.com with your name, proof of purchase, and reason for return.
Important Notes:
For overseas returns, any applicable duties and taxes will be deducted from the refund total.
