Returns & Refunds

Although we hope you love what you've purchased, sometimes it doesn't work out.

You may return items to us within 28 days of your parcel being delivered, provided that items are unworn, in their original condition, with all tags attached and packaging intact.

Items must be returned in their original unworn condition with the tags attached for a full refund (excluding our shipping costs).

Once your return is received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed.

All refunds automatically go back to your original method of payment. these will typically take 2-5 working days but please allow up to 10 working days to see a refund on your statement due to processing times between bank accounts.

Please note, outbound shipping cost is not included within your return total and is non refundable.

We do not currently accept exchanges. For overseas shipments, Any duties and taxes will be deducted from the total refund.
